These terms describe the planned verification program. We are preparing registration and testing. This site does not currently enroll you or send text messages.

What you will receive

After you expressly request SMS verification and the service is active, Evolve will send one-time codes for account confirmation, sign-in, or another account-security action you initiate. This program does not include promotional messages, booking alerts, or restaurant offers.

How consent will work

The planned form presents SMS disclosures alongside a separate, unchecked consent box. SMS consent is distinct from acceptance of the website terms or privacy notice. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.

Consenting to SMS is not a condition of purchasing a hotel stay. You may contact the property and arrange a stay by phone without enrolling. Online account features that require SMS verification cannot be completed without receiving a code.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the account actions and additional codes you request. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your wireless provider about those charges. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping and restarting messages

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to the number that sent the verification text to stop further messages. The carrier may send an opt-out confirmation. For toll-free messaging, reply UNSTOP to that same number if you choose to allow messages again, then make a new verification request through Evolve.

After opting out, online features that require SMS verification may not be available. Call the property for assistance.

Help

For help, call 870-216-8084. The planned live program will also provide HELP instructions in its messages. Support responses and opt-out behavior must be configured and tested before activation.

Your number and account

Only request codes for a mobile number you control. Do not share verification codes or request codes on behalf of another person. Contact the property if your number changes or you lose access to it.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy for information handling and contact details. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
